Delivery Policies & Procedures

Sin City Balloons offers balloon decor and balloon gifts for delivery only.  Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the balloons at the time we deliver. We will notify you in the event that we are unable to make contact with someone at the delivery destination or if the receiving facility is unable to accept balloons.

  • What is your phone number?

    We work via email in order to exchange photos and will only exchange pricing in writing. This is also for your benefit to ensure order accuracy and allows both parties to view order details at any time. Working through email also allows us to provide quick responses while at event locations or after business hours.

  • What areas do you service?

    We proudly provide balloon decor and balloon gifts for all of Las Vegas, NV and it's surrounding areas. 

  • Can I meet with you at my event space?

    Yes. An on-site consultation is available on select weekdays for an additional fee.

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve.

  • What is the delivery fee?

    Delivery fees depend on your order as well as the delivery location and time of day.

  • Can I pick my balloons up from you?

    No. We offer balloon decor and balloon gifts for delivery only.

  • Do prices include removal of the decor?

    No. A strike fee will apply. Please notify us when booking your decor if take down and removal is needed.

  • How do I pay for my decor?

    Once your order is finalized, payment is required in advance to confirm your order and your date/time of delivery. There is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions. For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We do require payment in full at time of placing order(s); events are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable, only transferrable to future orders, and will be subject to the current pricing.


    If a client is needing to reschedule the delivery/event date, we can apply store credit to future orders providing that notice is given at least 7 days prior to event.


    If client is cancelling or rescheduling event within 7 days from event, there will be no cancellations or credits issued and payments will be forfeited.  Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. ​Refunds are not provided on any orders.

  • How long do balloons last indoors?

    Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.

  • How long will my helium balloons float?

    All of our helium balloons will float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer!

  • How long do balloons last outdoors?

    Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., effects the lifespan of the balloons.  Under the best of conditions, balloons will last one day. 

  • Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

    Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Foil balloons are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled. 

  • I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?

    Yes, but we do not guarantee the quality of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for that balloon.

    We also do not speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us.
